摘　　要：以某水利枢纽工程为背景,全面地分析了卸荷带岩体特征、岩体结构及岩体性状。定义了卸荷结构面并对其分级作了初步的探讨;在此基础上提出从卸荷结构面与岩体结构角度选取卸荷岩体力学参数的方法,并据此方法给出了该工程卸荷岩体的力学参数,数据显示其结果是合理可用的。The paper makes a full analysis of rock mass characteristics, rock mass structures and rock mass behaviors in unloading fracture zone with a key water control project. The unloading structure surface is defined and its classification is initially discussed. On the basis of this , the method of selecting parameters of unloading rock mass mechanics based on the unloading structure surface and rock mass structure is put forward and the parameters of unloading rock mass mechanics of the project is proposed based on the method. The data shows its result is reasonable and practicable.
