摘  要:目的:探讨代谢性酸中毒对大鼠红细胞碳酸酐酶(CA)活性的影响。方法:60只W istar大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用0.28 mol/L NH4C l喂饲,构建大鼠代谢性酸中毒模型,对照组予0.9%NaC l喂饲。分别在24、48和72 h采用量电法测定两组大鼠红细胞CA活性。结果:实验组大鼠24 h红细胞CA活性较对照组明显增高(P<0.05);但随着代谢性酸中毒的加重,48 h和72 h实验组大鼠红细胞CA活性被抑制,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:代谢性酸中毒显著影响大鼠红细胞碳酸酐酶活性。Objective:To investigate the effect of metabolic acidosis on carbonic anhydrase (CA) activity in rat erythrocytes. Methods: Metabolic acidosis model was induced by addition of 0.28 mol/L NH4Cl to drinking water for 24 h, 48 h and 72 h in Wistar rats (n = 10). Carbonic anhydrase activity of erythrocytes was assayed by electrometry method. Results: The activity of carbonic anhydrase was significantly increased in the metabolic acidosis group (AG) compared with the control group (CG) (P 〈0.05). But with the decrease of pH, this effect was disappeared. Conclusions: Metabolic acidosis plays a very important role in change of CA activity during the early stage of metabolic acidosis.
