摘　　要：用定量的分析方法,对安全库存模型进行了改进。讨论了当空间需求的相关系数变动时,安全库存的成本是如何变化的。当各地区需求不是呈线形正相关的情况下,建议零售商建立中心仓库。安全库存管理不再是各自为政的独立运营过程,而是利用聚集经营去给零售企业带来更大的利润。This paper uses the quantitative analysis method to improve the safe stock model. It discusses how the cost of safe stock changes with the correlation coefficient of space requirement. It suggests the retailers to build big central warehouse, if the requirement of spaces is not under positive correlation. Safe stock management will no more be a business running separately, it uses the agglomerate effect to bring more profit for retailers.
