摘  要:利用RAPD标记对12种白粉菌种间的亲缘关系进行了研究。结果表明:(1)用5个扩增结果比较明显的随机引物扩增得到的45个RAPD位点中,有38个具多态性,多态性位点频率(单卫星方法统计)为84.4%。(2)根据PopG ene 32软件计算的Shannon多样性指数与N e i基因多样度指数分别为0.511 4和0.339 5,多态性频率为97.78%,说明白粉菌种间具有丰富的遗传多样性。聚类分析结果得到的亲缘关系与形态学分类结果并不十分相符,说明分子技术鉴定和形态学鉴定之间还有一定差异。Phylogeny of powdery mildews collected from different hosts were studied with RAPD. The results show that:(1) 45 loci were obtained through amplication with 5 primers,of which the polymorphic frequence of 38 polymorphic loci were 84.4%. (2) The results with PopGene 32 of Shannon and Nei were 0. 511 4 and 0. 339 5 respectively with polymorphic frequence 97.8% ,which are higher than that of Shanweixing method. Clustering analysis showed that there were two nodes in 12 species. Heredity relationship was compared,but there was a miner similarity in position of some species between RAPD and traditional morphological classification. It indicates that morphological study is required to study phylogeny of powdery mildews with other methods except molecular marker.
