摘  要:对不同滞育阶段麦红吸浆虫海藻糖酶和山梨醇脱氢酶的活性进行了测定。结果表明,麦红吸浆虫落土滞育前,其幼虫的海藻糖酶活性最高,入土后其活性迅速下降,到9月中旬活性开始上升,随后呈下降趋势,之后又迅速升高至滞育年周期中的最高水平;不同滞育阶段麦红吸浆虫从脱离麦穗到当年11月以前,一直未检测到山梨醇脱氢酶活性,翌年2~4月,山梨醇脱氢酶的活性急剧增加,至04—20达到整个滞育期间的最高值(0.5042OD/(mL·min));相同滞育阶段,裸露幼虫海藻糖酶活性和山梨醇脱氢酶活性较结茧幼虫略高,并表现出相同的变化趋势;不同滞育年限麦红吸浆虫海藻糖酶活性和山梨醇脱氢酶活性无明显差异。Trehalase and sornitol dehydrogenase (SDH) activity were measured in larvae of the wheat midge during mature and diapause stage. The result showed that the activity of trehalase in the mature larva living on the wheat head was higher than that of larva in the soil,then decreased quickly,uplifted in midOcotober,dropped again and increased steeply in turn. The activity of SDH was not detected from larva of the wheat midges during mature to diapause stage in November and increased sharply from January to April,enzymes activity of SDH reached the highest value (0. 504 20D/(mL· min)) on 20th April. The trehalase and SDH activity of Non-cocooned larvae were higher than that of cocooned larva in the same diapause stage ,having identical development trendy. There were no significant differences in the enzyme activities of trehalase and SDH between 1st and 2nd year diapausing larva.
