摘  要:对4个陆地棉雄性核不育系的育性稳定性进行了田间和花粉镜检观察,结果表明,该4个核不育系在武汉地区均存在一定的育性不稳定性现象,1355A的不稳定株率最低(14.3%),阆A最高(38.9%);核不育的育性稳定性在不同观察时期表现不同,受到环境条件的影响,1355A的育性稳定性受环境条件的影响最小,阆A其次,中12A和GA3的育性稳定性受环境条件影响很大;1355A、阆A和中12A 3个核不育系中可育株的花粉可育度在不同观察时期均表现良好的散粉恢复能力,但GA3的可育株花粉的散粉恢复能力受环境条件影响较大;除1355A外,其它3个不育系花朵柱头超出花药的长度与其不育度有极显著正相关,可用于辅助选择不育系的不育性。The flower sterile stability of four genetic male sterility lines were observed by held mvestigation and testing pollen vitality under microscope in the laboratory in Wuhan. The results showed that sterile instability existed in all four genetic male sterility lines. 1355A' was the best male sterility lines with the lowest instability-plant ratio with 14.3% ,while LangA' was the line with the highest instability-plant ration of 38. 9%. The changes of sterile instabilities were quite different on different dates, which meant that the sterile instability was influenced by the environment. The sterile line 1355A' was more stable than Zhong12A' and GA3' on different observation dates. The fertile flower all had high pollen vitality and showed stability on two different observation dates, except for GA3 which showed different pollen vitality performance on different dates. In addition, there existed significantly positive correlations between the length of stigma over the anther and sterile degree of the flowers in GA37, LangA' and Zhong12A'.
