摘 要:投喂添加2种剂量(20 mg/kg、40 mg/kg)甲基盐霉素饲料,对鲤前、中、后肠混合样菌群进行了研究。分别在投喂前(0 d)和投喂后的第14、28、42、56天取样。对鲤肠道好氧及兼性厌氧菌数量和组成进行了分析,结果发现:在试验的第14天,两试验组鲤肠道细菌数量与对照组相比均有所下降,20 mg/kg组有所降低,差异不显著(P>0.05);40 mg/kg组显著降低(P<0.05),试验的28 d后,两试验组鲤肠道细菌数量与对照组相比差异不显著。整个试验期间对照组与试验组鲤肠道主要菌群都未发生大的变化,但试验组各优势菌群所占比例发生了一定变化,其所占比例与对照组相比差异不显著。对鲤肠道厌氧菌进行分析发现:与对照组相比,整个试验期间,两试验组鲤肠道双歧杆菌数量占专性厌氧菌总数的百分比变化不显著;双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌和拟杆菌数量变化不显著;但试验第14天40 mg/kg组专性厌氧菌总数显著降低(P<0.05)。因此饲料中添加甲基盐霉素40mg/kg对鲤肠道细菌数量有一定影响,但对菌群组成影响不大。The composition and quantity of bacteria in the mixed sample of the fore-, mid-and the hind-gut of carp (Cyprinus carpio) fed with food treated with 2 degree narasin were studied, the fishes were sampled on the 0,14^th ,28^th, 42^nd 56^th day after being fed with food treated with narasin. And the composition and quantity of aerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria in the intestine were examined, it was found that the bacterial quantity in the intestine of carp in the treated group decreased on the :14^th day after feeding, but that in narasin 20 mg/kg group did not obviously decrease (P〉0. 05); and that in narasin 40 mg/kg group obviously decreased (P〈0. 05), but that in the two treated groups did not change greatly after 28 days. During the whole experiment, the major intestinal microflora did not change in all groups. Compared with controlled group, the percentage of predominant bacteria in treated groups did not obviously change. The anaerobic bacterial quantity in the intesine was examined after feeding. Compared with the controlled group, the percentage of the quantity of Bifidobacterium in the anaerobic bacterial quantity did not change greatly, the quantity of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and Bacteriodes did not obviously change, and the total obligate anaerobic bacterial quantity in narasin 40 mg/kg group obviously decreased when treated with narasin 40 mg/kg on the 14^th day (P〈0. 05). It was concluded that narasin treated in the food did not greatly affect the composition of intestine microflora, but narasin added up to 40 mg/kg in food affected the quantity of bacteria in intestine of carp.
