利用产权交易所实现体育产权的集中交易

摘　　要：以体育产权交易方式为研究对象,在对目前体育产权的交易方式及其弊端分析的基础上,提出了利用产权交易所实现体育产权集中交易的观点,并对其必要性、可行性、优点及实施的困难进行了论证。一方面,实现体育产权的集中交易是体育产业发展的必然要求,也是社会主义市场经济现代化发展的本质要求,目前依靠产权交易所优势,在其中单独开辟一个体育产权交易板块,完全是可行的;另一方面,实现体育产权的集中交易也存在很多困难,因此需要进一步明晰体育产权的界定,同时也需要体育产权资产评估等基础性环节的发展。Taking transaction approach of sports property rights as the object of study, this paper analyzes the transaction approaches sports property rights presently and their disadvantages, moreover, the necessity, feasibility and superiority to realize the concentrated transaction of sports property rights by taking advantage of the Property Rights Exchanges. The authors think that, on one hand, it is a inevitable and essential request for the development of socialist market economy and sports industry to realize the concentrated transsction of sports property rights. With the advantage of Property Bights Exchanges, it is feasible to develop a separate part for the transaction of sports property fights, on the other hand, there are many difficulties in realizing the concentrated transaction of sports property fights. Accordingly, to realize the concentrated transactions of the sports property fights, the further clearing of sports propertyrights is needed, and so is the devdopment of assets assessment of sports proerty fights.
