山东省排球后备人才现状调查及对策研究

摘　　要：通过对山东省9地市体校排球队和38所排球传统项目学校及有关部门的调查发现:山东省排球后备人才的储备总量不足,但参训人数有上升趋势;后备人才的储备主要集中在淄博、潍坊、济南排球项目优势地区;教练员年龄结构合理,但职称结构、学历结构、性别结构不太合理。并提出了相应的对策。With the investigation of 9 volleyball teams from prefecture and city sports schools, 38 traditional volleyball schools and some related deartments in Shandong province, it has been found that the total amount of volleyball reserve talents in Shandong is insufficient, but the munber of trainees has a tendency to increase. The reserve talents are concentrated in such volleyball advantageous ares as Zibo, Weifang and Jinan, The composition of the coachs＇ age is reasonable, but the structures of professional tide, academic schooling and sex are not reasonable, It puts forward a corresponding countermeasure for it,
