摘  要:应用60C0-r射线播前辐照甘草风干种子,对甘草植株当代生长和产量有较大影响。1989~1991年所做试验研究表明:一定剂量范围内r射线辐照能提高种子发芽率,并使幼苗生长速度提高39.7%~71.8%,主根上部粗度增加1.5%~31.1%,长度增加49.8%~91.5%,鲜重增加64.2%~144.2%。It has a relatively large effect on the contemporary growth and yield of licorice root to treat seeds of licorice root with radiation of 60 Co~γ ray before sowing.An experiment made during 1989 to 1991 shows that the radiation of γ ray of a proper dosage can improve germination percentage of seeds and promote the growth rate of seedlings by 39.7%~71.8% and increase the thickness of the upper part of the main root by 1.5%~31.1%,the length by 49.8%~91.5% and fresh weight by 64.2%~144.2%.The number of the heterotropous roots also increases obviously.
