摘　　要：邓小平外交战略思想由对当今形势的基本认识、中国在国际舞台的定位、中国外交目标及外交政策与策略等方面组成。其中包括邓小平对世界形势和发展趋势的正确判断;对中国在国际社会中的地位和作用以及外交主要任务的阐述;针对中国外交而提出的外交政策和策略。这四个方面具有严密的内在逻辑联系,从而使邓小平外交战略思想成为一个科学体系。The thought of diplomacy straregies of Deng Xiaoping is consisted of the basic undersranding of the present situation, the location of China on the international stage, the Chinese diplomacy goal, the foreign policy and strategies, etc. It is Deng Xiaoping＇s correct judgement on world situation and development tendency, exact illustration of the international status and function of China as well as Chinese diplomatic mission, and foreign policy and strategies. These four aspects have the strict intrinsic logical relation, thus causes Deng Xiaoping＇s diplomacy strategic concept to be a scientific system.
