摘　　要：目的探讨第2跖背动脉皮瓣移植修复单手指大面积缺损的手术疗效。方法在解剖学基础上，采用第2跖背动脉皮瓣移植修复单手指大面积软组织缺损43例。结果43例皮瓣全部成活。术后随访6～10个月，移植皮瓣外形良好，质地、色泽良好，厚度适中。感觉恢复满意，两点分辨觉平均达5～8mm。结论应用以第2跖背动脉皮瓣移植修复单手指大面积软组织缺损，其血供可靠，手术简便、对供区破坏小，是一种值得推荐的方法。Objective To study the effect of second dorsal metatarsal artery flap for repair of single finger massive soft tissue defect. Methods Base on regional anatomy, 43 cases with single finger massive soft tissue defects were repaired with second dorsal metatarsal artery flap. Results All flaps survived. All cases were followed up for 6 - 10 months. The flaps were good in outline, texture, color and thickness. Sense was recovered to 5 -8mm 2-point discrimination. Conclusions Treatment of single finger massive soft tissue defect with second dorsal metatarsal artery flap has advantages of reliable vascular support, simple manipulation, and little damage to donator, which is worth to be recommended.
