摘　　要：目的探索一种重建Ⅱ区指背腱膜缺损的合理方法，最大限度地恢复患者手部的功能。方法对8例Ⅱ区指背腱膜缺损患者，采用掌长肌移植、重建滑车的方法进行修复。术后采用SAM方案，即刻允许近侧指间关节作0°-30°的主动功能锻炼并逐渐增加屈曲角度。结果术后随访3个月-3年，按Dargan功能评定法，良3例，可5例。结论掌长肌腱移植修复Ⅱ区指背腱膜缺损是恢复手指伸曲功能的一种可行的方法。Objective To investigate a new surgical technique for reconstruction of Ⅱ zone digital dorsal aponeurosis defect. Methods 8 cases of Ⅱ zone the digital dorsal aponeurosis defects were reconstructed by palmaris long＇us tendon graft and pulley reconstruction. Postoperation immediate active short arc（0° - 30°） motion was permitted and increased gradually. Results All cases were followed up for 3 - 36 months. The treatment outcome was assessed according to Dargan shandard, and it was good in 3 cases, and fair in 5. Conclusions Palmaris longus tendon graft for Ⅱ zone digital dorsal aponeurosis defect is a suitable choice.
