摘 要:以工业无机盐ZrOCl2·8H2O为前驱体,CO(NH2)2为水解促凝剂,利用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)工艺,在室温下干燥24h又于1800℃保温3h烧成后对ZrO2定径水口进行了表面改性。通过扫描电镜、孔径分析仪等分析方法对改性后的定径水口进行研究。结果表明:改性后的ZrO2定径水口表面致密化程度明显提高,显气孔率明显下降;同时,改性前后表面的分形维数变化不大,说明溶胶-凝胶改性ZrO2定径水口不会明显影响水口表面的光滑度。Colloidal sol was prepared by sol - gel process with inorganic salt ZrOCl2· 8H2O as precursor and CO( NH2 )2 as setting accelerator. Infused in colloidal sol in vacuum, dried at ambient temperature for 24 h. and then fired at 1800℃ for 3 h ,the semi-finished product came into the surface modified metering nozzle. The surface modified metering nozzle was analyzed by SEM and Aperture Analyzer. The result shows that the apparent porosity decreased obviously and the densification of the surface was strengthened. Moreover,fractal dimensions of the metering nozzle changed a little after the surface modification,which ensures the performance of the nozzle surface is almost the same.
