摘　　要：网络下的中国城市规划公众参与存在参与性不足、参与的有效性差等问题。提高网络支持下的公众参与质量需制定相关加强公众参与的保障制度,建立更友好的PPGIS/PPVIS参与系统,注重提高网站质量和提高公众参与意识等。Public participation in urban design supported by information network in China has such problems as lack of enough participation and poor efficiency of participation,etc..To improve the quality of public participation supported by network, it is necessary to work out related guarantee systems to enhance the public participation and to establish a better PPGIS/PPVIS participation system as well as to pay attention to improving the network quality and awareness of public participation.
