摘　　要：我国不少城市规划管理信息系统已初步建成并交付使用,但还需要在系统组网模式和新技术的应用等方面作进一步的完善。系统建设要在软件设计上有所突破,就必须进一步研究规划的属性数据与空间数据的无缝连接技术,同时加快对“VR-GIS”及“WebGIS”等新技术的应用,并在人才培养上有所创新。Presently the information system for urPan planning management has been developed and put to use in many cities in China.However perfection is necessary in the systematic network pattern and application of new technology.To make a breakthrough in the future software design for the system construction,it is necessary to make a further study of the seamless connection technology for the connection of the property data and the spatial data of the planning.Meanwhile it is also necessary to speed up the application of the new technologies such as ＂VR-GIS＂ and ＂WebGIS＂.ln addition,it s necessary to make some innovation in the training of talents.
