摘　　要：本文论述研制电子式多用户智能单相有功电能表的意义及该仪表的结构，提出一种新颖的有功功率取样方法，应用ＭＣＳ－５１单片机技术及本文提出的有功功率取样方法设计电子式２４用户智能单相有功电能表，该仪表经检定达到２级精度．This paper deals with the signification of researching into the electronic and intellectualized kilowatt-hour meter with single phase for multi-users and its construction. A new method of measuring the average electronic power is given, An electronic and intellectualized kilowatt-hour meter with single phase for 24 users is designed by using the MCS-51 microprocessor and the measurement method which has been gived.This meter has been identified to be 2 degree accuracy.
