摘  要:目的通过实验研究不同种类的水泥基无机材料界面剂对新旧混凝土劈拉强度的影响.从而得到对新旧混凝土粘结最有利的界面剂种类.方法在预先处理过的旧混凝土表面涂刷厚度为1.5~2mm的界面剂,然后浇筑新混凝土.标准养护28d后.测试粘结面的劈拉强度.通过粘结面的劈拉强度来反映不同种类的界面剂对新旧混凝土粘结效果的影响.结果在新旧混凝土界面上涂刷水胶质量比为0.3的内掺水泥质量分数10%UEA膨胀剂的水泥浆界面剂和水胶质量比为0.4的内掺水泥质量分数5%硅灰的水泥浆界面剂,与未涂刷界面剂的相比较,提高新旧混凝土劈拉强度可高达88.7%.结论掺加矿物掺合料和UEA膨胀剂能够明显的改善界面剂提高粘结强度的效果,在掺量和水胶质量比相同的条件下,掺入硅灰的效果要优于掺入粉煤灰的效果.涂刷界面剂保证新旧混凝土的粘结质量,避免了加固维修工程因粘结强度不足.导致的工程事故.The influence of different interface cementing agents on the bond strength of interface between the new and old concretes is studied in order to find out the most favorable interface cementing agent. A layer of interface cementing agent about 1.5- 2 mm thick is brushed on the surface of the preprocessed old concrete and then the new concrete is poured on it. After 28 day standard curing, the split strength of the bond interface is tested;the test result is used to reflect the influence of different interface cementing agents on the bond strength between the new and old concretes. The testing results show that the mixture of cement and UEA and the agent including 95 96 cement and 5 96 silica ash can dramatically improve the bond strength between the new and old concretes, compared with the interface without brushing the interface cementing agent, brushing the interface cementing agent can improve bond strength by 88.7 %. It is concluded that with the increase of W/B, the impact of interface cementing agent on the bond strength decreases, and adding mineral admixture and UEA to the interface cementing agent can dramatically improve bond strength between the new and old concretes, when the W/B and dosage of the agent are the same, the effects of adding silica ash is better than that of adding fly ash.
