升流式厌氧污泥床中低变温启动试验研究

摘　　要：目的研究中低变温（9～27℃）条件下升流式厌氧污泥床启动过程以及启动过程中主要运行条件的影响，方法用升流式厌氧污泥床处理高浓度有机废水，采用城市生活污水厂污泥消化池的剩余污泥接种，通过控制进水适当的pH值（6．5～8．2）、碱度（〉800mg／L）、升流速度（1．06～3．62m／d），对各种影响因素以及整个启动过程进行分析．结果运行266d污泥实现颗粒化，COD去除率最高达87．4％，其COD容积负荷最高达到10．1kg／（m^3·d），沼气产量最高达到去除每千克COD产气0．65m^3．当温度降低到最低室温（9℃）时，依然有60％以上的去除率．结论启动过程要控制较低的水力负荷，随温度降低，根据挥发酸升高情况降低容积负荷．The experiment has studied the start-up process of up-flow anaerobic sludge bed reactor in room temperature （9-2712 ） and the working conditions in the process. This study is based on the treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater, using the un-acclimated residual sludge, which comes from the digest tank of the city wastewater plant, as the inoculating sludge. The study analyses various influencing factors and the whole process of start-up through controlling appropriate pH value （6.5-8.2）, alkalinity （ 〉 800 mg/L） and rising speed（1.06-3.62 m/d）. After 266 days, the sludge granulation in the UASB reactor has completed, then the COD removal rate is up to 87.4% and its COD capacity carries is up to 10.1 kg/（m3·d）, and the net gas yield reaches 0.65 m3/kg. When the temperature falls down to the lowest room temperature （912）, there are still above 60 % removal rate. Low hydraulic load must be controlled in the start-up process. With the temperature falling down, the organic load would be reduced in response to the rising of volatile fatty acid （VFA）.
