摘 要:目的为降低实验次数,提高工作效率,充分体现各因素对水幕式油烟气净化效率的影响.方法搭建灶台和排风系统模拟公共厨房真实工况,利用均匀设计法组织多水平实验方案,通过改变罩内喷嘴布置方式、排风量和喷水量来测定各因素对净化效率的影响,利用SPSS软件对所得实验数据进行回归分析、处理.结果得到净化效率与相关因素之间的数量关系,并发现喷嘴布置形式以从上向下喷水为最好,液气比的增大可提高净化效率.结论相对于其他实验设计方法,均匀设计能够在相同的工作量中考察各因素的更多水平对净化效率的影响,提高了工作效率.This article aims to improve efficiency of the purifying device with water mist in public kitchens. In order to search the effect of factors on purifying efficiency adequately, a simulated kitchen and exhausting system is established. With uniform design, the author measures efficiency of projections under different nozzle arrangement, different volume of water flow and air flow. By using regression method of SPSS, the relationship between efficiency and different conditions is established. It's founded that spraying from the above is the best nozzle arrangement, and the purifying efficiency improves with the increasing ratio of water to air. In contrast with other experiment methods, the effect of more levels of factors can be studied at the same workload by uniform design. So it's more efficient.
