干粉速溶型水泥降失水剂的研制及应用

摘　　要：针对目前干粉降失水剂水溶性差,溶胀时间长,稳定性差,影响水泥浆性能的均匀性,不可能以湿混的方式进行施工的问题,通过选择含有磺酸基、酰胺基、烷基、羧基的单体,以过氧化物作引发剂在水溶液中共聚,合成了聚合物DSJ。DSJ具有良好的滤失控制性能,失水控制稳定(100 mL以下),同时有较好的水溶性,常温自然状态下溶解仅需150 m in;温度适应范围广(常温-120℃),耐盐20%;与各种水泥配伍性好,稠化时间可调,有较高的抗压强度和较高的抗污染能力。在海拉尔探井上应用表明,DSJ在降低运输费用,防油气浸、窜等方面均取得了较好的效果,从而有效地保证了固井质量。It is difficult to solute Powder Fluid Loss Additive into water,It need long time,the stability is poor.It effects the degree of uniformity of slurry.Dry blending is impossible.In order to solve these questions,we synthesized DSJ,new polymer,peroxide as initiator,through copolymerizing the monomers of sulfonic acid group,amide group,alkyl group,carboxyl group in aqueous solution.DSJ has a excellent ability of controlling fluid loss of slurry(less than 100 mL),it is easy to solute into water in 150 min at normal temperature,The applied temperature is wide(normal-120 ℃),salt tolerance is 20%;DSJ has a excellent compatibility with too many kinds of cements,thickening time can easily be adjusted;compressive resistance is high and resistance to fouling is good.It shows in the cementing projects in Hailaer Oilfield that application of DSJ can decrease transportation cost,prevent leach and bypass channel of water and gas.It is useful for improving cementing quality.
