摘  要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究了烟草对土壤中环境激素铅的吸收效应及其相互影响,为建立香烟中重金属残留的环境卫生标准提供了一定的理论依据,同时也提出了铅污染防治的一些措施。结果表明,当土壤中加入不同浓度比例的铅时(0~2500mg·kg-1),铅对作物的生长发育有较明显的毒害效应,植物生长30d后,开始出现不同程度的失绿症状,生长45d后,株高差异逐渐明显。烟草对土壤中的铅具有较强的吸收性,并可残留在作物的各个部位,其中根系的吸收性最强,是茎部、叶部的2~5倍;叶部有较强的吸收,潜在地增加了烟草中环境激素铅的含量。The absorption effect of tobacco to environmental hormone Pb and their commutative influences were studied through the pot experiment of growing tobacco. The results indicated that the plant could show the toxic effects in the observed Pb-added contents of soils (0- 2500 mg·kg^-1). After 30 d, the plants all appeared different symptoms of losing green. 45 d later, the plant height had an obvious difference. Lead in soils was absorbed preferably by tobacco and left in different parts of plants among which roots showed a strongest absorption. The content of Pb in roots was 2-5 times higher than those in stems and in leaves. The stronger absorption to Pb in leaf would increase potentially the content of environmental hormone Pb in cigarette. The paper provided a theoretical basis for establishing the environmental-health criterion about the content of heavy metals in cigarette. At the same time, in order to decrease the content of environmental hormone Pb in cigarette, we suggested some measures to prevent and cure the lead-pollution in soils.
