摘　　要：在有关研究的基础上提出技术环境扫描的四种模式,分析这四种模式与不连续性技术创新的关系,介绍国外企业技术环境扫描的实践活动,着重分析结构化探索扫描模式系统的构建需要考虑的关键要素。认为,结构化探索式扫描系统可以有效地监测外部技术机会,对我国企业实施跨越式技术发展具有十分重要的战略意义。This paper puts forwards four technological environmental scanning modes and analyzes relation between scanning mode and discontinuous technological innovation. Environmental scanning practice of western enterprises is introduced. Key elements for establishing structured exploring scanning system are discerned. Environmental technological opportunities can be effectively monitored through structured exploring scanning system. It is strategically important to the drastical technology development of Chinese enterprises.
