摘　　要：介绍一种新型大直径滚压工具的结构及特点,并通过试验研究优选合适的工艺参数,将研究结果用于加工!350H9(mm)、长度3～4m的27SiMn液压缸筒,取得了显著的经济效益。Structure and features of a new type of rolling press tool with large diameter are described. Proper process parameters are optimally selected after research and test. The research results are applied to machineФ350 mmH9, 3~4 m long 27SiMn hydraulic cylinder, remarkable economic benefit is obtained.
