摘  要:爬坡能力是压路机作业能力的一项主要技术性能。单轮振动压路机的爬坡能力与其牵引特性直接相关,并且与压路机的重量分布及前后轮的附着力密切相联,还可能受坡道稳定性的影响。在基本结构不变的条件下,通过调节液压系统或机械传动的工作参数,可以提高压路机的爬坡能力与坡道稳定性。对由牵引力决定的和由附着力决定的压路机爬坡能力进行了计算和分析,对10 ̄22t系列的机械传动单轮振动压路机和全液压驱动的单轮振动压路机的爬坡能力进行了对比,并分析了压路机的坡道稳定性及其影响因素。Grade ability is an important technical performance in compactor operation capability. The gradeability of single drum vibratory compactors is directly related to their traction characteristics and also closely connected to their weight distribution and adhesive abilities of front and rear drums, and also possibly influenced by the on-grade stability. Maintaining the existing structures, compactors' gradeability and on-grade stability can be increased through work parameter adjustment on hydraulic system and mechanical drive. Compactor gradeability determined by traction and adhesive ability is calculated and analyzed. Gradeability of 10~22t series mechanical drive single drum vibratory compactors is compared with that of fully hydraulic drive counterparts. Compactors' on-grade stability and its influencing factors are discussed.
