摘　　要：从目前我国高校后勤社会化进程的实际出发,明确高校后勤社会化的基本原则与思路,设计出今后加快高校后勤社会化步伐的基本路径,主要是:建立符合学校实际的内部管理体制、建立符合市场经济规律的运行机制、寻求符合行业发展要求的发展道路、实现从校内市场到校外市场的转变、实现从行政组织到经济组织的跨越。From the current practice of socialization course of logistics in university, to the basic principles and thought of logistic socialization in university, the basic paths on quickening the step of logistic socialization in university were designed in this paper. They are ： establishing the internal management system which accords with the practice of university; building the operation mechanism which accords with the market economy law; seeking the developing path which accords with industry development; implementing the change from the market inside university to the market outside it; actualizing the span from administration organization to economic organization.
