摘　　要：连续物料输送装置采用称重传感器测量物料重量,并以单片机作为称重装置计算和控制的核心元件,对传感器送来的信号进行必要的分析、控制、处理、驱动显示,实现在线动态检测;采用软件方法对传感器信号进行一定的处理,减少电路设计难度和元件性能在温、湿度等变化时对电路的影响。The scale uses the sensor to weigh material on conveyor without stopping and applies the single chip micro- controller as a core control element to analyze, control and deal with signals from the sensor to realize dynamic on- line checking. For the purpose of simplifying the electric circuit and reducing or eliminating the influence of temperature and moisture, it uses special program to deal with signals from sensor.
