临床护理路径在肝脏穿刺活检术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的建立完善的肝脏穿刺活检术的临床护理路径(CNP),规范患者手术前后的医疗护理服务。方法设计肝脏穿刺活检术住院期间适当、有序、有时间性的CNP,选择在本院实施CNP前(对照组)和实施后(实验组)住院进行肝脏穿刺活检术的患者各100例,比较2组平均住院天数、平均住院费用、对医务人员的满意度和术后尿潴留发生情况有无差异。结果实验组住院天数、平均住院费用均较对照组少,满意度较对照组显著提高,术后尿潴留发生率显著低于对照组。结论在肝脏穿刺活检术中实施CNP,可规范护士的工作行为,提高医院社会效益和经济效益,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To establish the perfect clinical nursing pathway of nursing for percutanous transhepatic biopsy . To regulate the client service of pre-operative patients and post - operative patients. Methods Design a chart of clinical nursing pathway. One hundred patients who received percutanous transhepatic biopsy . were arranged to compared group , another one hundred patients who received percutanous transhepatic biopsy . were arranged to experinced group. Satisticing average rate of patient＇s hospital stay, hospital expense, satisfaction and the rate of urinary rentention. Results The hospital stay and expense of the patients in the expereniced group were significantly less than those in the compared group. The satisfaction of the patients was significantly tention in expereniced group was significantly less than that in compared group. Conclusion Appling clinical nursing pathway on nursing for percutanous transhepatic biopsy can regulate the nurse＇s work act, elevate the satisfaction of the patients and improve the effect of society and on hospital.
