摘  要:目的实验室内观察杀螟丹颗粒剂和可溶性粉剂的灭螺效果。方法在(25±1)℃实验环境下,采用不同浓度(剂量)的2种杀螟丹新剂型进行浸泡、喷洒和撒粉法灭螺实验,并与50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂(WPN)作比较。结果4%杀螟丹颗粒剂和50%杀螟丹可溶性粉剂浸泡48h的LC50分别为0.1752mg/L和0.2713mg/L,其杀螺效果均与50%WPN相近;喷洒和撒粉法灭螺7d的LD50分别为3.0418、0.1623g/m2和2.8752、1.1101g/m2。50%杀螟丹可溶性粉剂的喷洒灭螺效果明显优于4%杀螟丹颗粒剂和50%WPN。结论2种杀螟丹新剂型浸泡灭螺效果优于喷洒和撒粉法,其中50%杀螟丹可溶性粉剂的喷洒、撒粉灭螺效果优于4%杀螟丹颗粒剂和50%WPN。Objective To evaluate the molluscicidal effect of 2 kinds of shamingdan in lab. Meth- ods Under constant temperature (25±1) ℃, the studies were carried out by using different concentrations (dosages) of molluscicide, shamingdan, in various methods of immersing, spraying and dusting power, and the molluscicidal effects were compared with 50% wettable powder of niclosamide ethanolamine salt(WPN). Results The 48-hour's LC50(s) of 4% shamingdan granular formulation and 50% shamingdan soluble powder were 0. 175 2 mg/L and 0. 271 3 mg/L, respectively, which were similar to that of 50 % WPN. In spraying and dusting powder experiment, the 7- day's LC50(s) were 3. 041 8, 0. 162 3 g/m^2 and 2. 875 2, 1. 110 1 g/m^2, respectively, and the 50% shamingdan soluble powder was better than 4% shamingdan granular formulation and 50% WPN. Conclusions The molluscicidal effect of 2 kinds of shamingdan using immersing is better than that using spraying and dusting. The molluscicidal effect of the 50% shamingdan soluble powder is remarkably better than that of the 4% shamingdan granular formulation and 50% WPN.
