摘  要:目的了解不孕妇女血清抗弓形虫IgG抗体(ATAb)、抗精子抗体(AsAb)及其外周血细胞培养上清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的水平,探讨ATAb、AsAb与不孕的关系以及与IFN-γ的相关性。方法应用酶联免疫吸附试验分别检测并比较182例不孕妇女及94例正常生育妇女血清ATAb、AsAb,同时测定并比较其外周血细胞培养上清中IFN-γ水平。结果182例不孕妇女血清ATAb、AsAb阳性率分别为15.38%(28/182)、18.13%(33/182),与正常生育组妇女血清ATAb、AsAb阳性率6.38%(6/94)、5.32%(5/94)比较,差异均有显著性(χA2TAb=4.65,P<0.05;χA2sAb=8.57,P<0.01);不孕妇女外周血细胞培养上清中IFN-γ水平为(0.970±0.493)μg/L,显著高于正常生育妇女组(0.531±0.274)μg/L(P<0.01)。结论弓形虫感染与不孕有一定关系,AsAb是与不孕有密切联系的重要免疫因素。不孕症患者体内IFN-γ水平异常增高,可能通过影响机体生殖免疫功能而导致不孕。Objective To determine the levels of anti-Toxoplasma gondii antibody (ATAb) and antisperm antibody (AsAb) in serum samples and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in supernatants of peripheral blood cell culture in females with infertility, and to analyze their correlation. Methods ELISA was applied to determine and compare the ATAb and AsAb in serum samples of 182 women with infertility and those of 94 women with normal pregnant history. The level of IFN-γ in supernatants of peripheral blood cell culture was also measured and compared by ELISA. Results The positive rates of serum ATAb and AsAb in the cases of infertility were 15.38% and 18.13% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of women with normal pregnant history ( 6.38% and 5.320% ). The supernatant IFN-γ level in infertile women was significantly higher than that of women with normal pregnant history (0. 970±0. 493) μg/L vs (0. 531±0. 274) μg/L(P〈0.01). The supernatant IFN-γ level in AsAb positive group was significantly higher than that of AsAb negative group (1. 301±0. 470) γg/L vs (0. 866±0. 441) μg/L. The supernatant IFN-γ level in ATAb positive group was significantly higher than that of ATAb negative group (1. 333±0. 462) μg/L vs (0. 861±0. 392) μg/L. Conclusions There is a relative relationship between Toxoplasma infection and infertility. AsAb is an important immune factor. There is a relative relationship between AsAb and infertility. The abnormally increasing IFN-γ may contribute to infertility by affecting organism immune reactivity.
