Sc2053诱导四川小麦雄性不育的作用

摘　　要：在前期试验的基础上，进一步研究了化学杀雄剂Ｓｃ２０５３诱导四川小麦雄性不育的效果。结果表明：Ｓｃ２０５３诱导四川小麦雄性不育效果很好，相对不育率为９４．１％～１００％，参试品种５０％的相对异交结实率超过８０％。喷药有效期长达２０天左右，杂种纯度为９４．６％～９９．４％。小麦喷Ｓｃ２０５３（０．５ｋｇ／ｈａ）后，株高降低５～１０ｃｍ，穗颈节缩短１～４ｃｍ，但不影响异交结实。还结合本试验结果，讨论了Ｓｃ２０５３诱导四川小麦雄性不育的特点和影响异交结实的因素。Based on pre-experiments, gametocidal effect of CHA Sc2053 inducing male sterility of wheat was further studied. The result showed that excellent male sterility, 94. 1 % ～100%, induced by Sc2053, was obtained ; and outcrossing seed set was higher than 80% for half of the entries used in this research. The effective period of CHA lasted for 20 days with 94. 6% ～ 99. 4% of male sterility. The height and neck length of the treated plants were 5～10cm and 1～4cm shorter than those ofthe untreated. And the crossing seed set was normal. Based on this experiment. characteristics of male sterility induced bySc2053 and factors affecting outcrossing seed set were also discussed.
