昆虫病原线虫对荔枝龟背天牛幼虫空间格局的影响及经济阈值研究

摘　　要：施用昆虫病原线虫对荔枝园中龟背天牛幼虫的空间分布型的影响不明显。该虫的空间分布仍符合负二项分布，同时也符合核心分布和复合波松分布；空间图式是聚集型。天牛幼虫于试验果园中的分布也与果园的方位有关。利用调查数据，组建荔枝龟背天牛幼虫的经济阈值。1995年的天牛幼虫经济阈值为每株虫口0.07头，即百株虫口达7头时需要利用线虫进行防治。根据经济阈值组建的序贯抽样表可在节省抽样工作量的基础上，确定荔枝园荔枝龟背天牛幼虫是否需要防治。Various methods were used to determine the spatial distribution patterns and population dy-namics of Aristobia tstudo larvae in litchi orchards after application of entomopathogenic nema-todes,Steinernema carpocapsae A24. It was showed that after application of nematodes for twoyears, no significant effects of the nematodes on the spatial distribution patterns and populationdynamics of Aristobia testudo larvae in litchi orchards were observed, and that the population densi-ties in different samples were location-related. Economic thresholds of litchi beetle, Aristobia testudo larvae and the sequential samplings were established.
