摘　　要：建设精神家园是图书馆发展的内驱力。构建图书馆精神家园应以图书馆为主导,通过充满人文关怀的各方面工作和积极的努力,让图书馆员工及读者热爱图书馆,让他们对图书馆有发自内心的良好的家的感觉,让图书馆成为他们休戚与共、同甘共苦的共同体,成为他们心灵的港湾、精神的家园。Setting up library spirit homestead is a The purpose is, through hard work and aggressive system engineering to take library as a predominance. effort filled with a humanities concern, to infuse librarians and readers with a passion for the library, let them have the heartfelt feeling of home towards the library, let the library become the common body with which they share weal and woe, share both prosperity and adversity, and become the bay and spiritual homestead.
