摘 要:目的:通过对31例脑梗死患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Homocyste ine,Hcy)与内皮素(Endothelin,ET)的观察,探讨它们与脑梗死的关系,以及同型半胱氨酸和内皮素之间的相关性。方法:用化学发光法测定血浆同型半胱氨酸和用放射免疫分析测定血浆内皮素,进行对比分析和直线相关分析。结果:脑梗死组同型半胱氨酸(17.09±8.39)μmol/L,内皮素(59.24±15.99)ng/L,对照组同型半胱氨酸(8.92±2.69)μmol/L,内皮素(40.39±10.26)ng/L,两组比较均为P<0.01,脑梗死组同型半胱氨酸与内皮素呈正相关,相关系数(r)为0.4615(P<0.01)。结论:同型半胱氨酸可能造成血管内皮损伤及功能改变,促进内皮素的释放,对脑梗死发生发展有促进作用。Objective To investigate the relationship among the plasma Hey, ET levels and development of cerebral infarction (CI). Methods Plasma Hey levels were measured with ehemilumineseent immunoassay (CLIA) and plasma ET levels with radioimmunoassay (RIA) in 31 controls and 31 patients with cerebral infarction. Results In CI patients the mean plasma Hey and ET levels were ( 17.09 ± 8.39 )μmol/L and (59.24±15.99 ) ng/L respectively. In the controls mean plasma Hey and ET levels were ( 8.92 ± 2.69) μmol/L and (40.39 ± 10.26)ng/L, respectively. The mean plasma Hey and ET levels were significantly higher in CI patients than those in the controls ( P 〈 0.01 ). Linear correlation analysis showed that plasma Hey level was correlated positively with ET ( r = 0. 4615,P 〈 0.01 ) in the patients. Conclusion Homocysteine may cause injury and functional changes of endothelial cells and promote ET excretion, which contributes to the development and progression of CI.
