摘　　要：报道了97例婴幼儿法洛氏四联征根治术的手术护理配合经验:术前充分准备所需器械、缝线,手术护士注意手术进展,预见可能出现的问题并做好应急准备,熟练配合,注意术中患儿温度管理,正确使用降温及复温辅助设施,确保手术顺利进行。The authors reported the cooperative experience of the nursing for 97 cases of infants receiving radical surgery for Tetralogy of Fallot. The operative appliance and suture should be prepared before operation. The cooperative nurses should be care of the operative progress, have a foresight on the probable troubles of the operation, give an emergency preparation, cooperate expertly, pay attention to the management of the infant temperature and use the cooling and warming assistant instruments correctly, thereby ensuring the successful conduction of operation.
