摘　　要：目的探讨肾盂输尿管连接部(UPJ)狭窄的手术治疗方法。方法对108例离断式肾盂成形术(Anderson-Hynes'术)患者的围手术期的各种临床指标和疗效进行回顾性分析。结果一次性手术成功106例,二次手术成功2例。其中90例经6个月￣9年随访,肾积水明显改善82例(91.1%),肾积水改善不明显但未加重8例。结论离断式肾盂成形式是治疗UPJO的首选术式。[Objective] To evaluate the surgical management of uretropelvi junction 0APJ） stricture. [Methods] Data of 108 cases of Anderson-Hynes dismembered pyeloplasty were reviewed retrospectively. [Results] 106 eases obtained satisfactory outcomes after the surgery, 2 cases were reoperated successfully. Ninety of 108 cases had been followed up for 6 months to 9 years, hydronephrosis was significant improved in 82 cases （91.1%）, failed in 8 cases. [Conclusions] Dismembered pyeloplasty procedure is the first choice for uretereoplvic junction stricture.
