摘 要:采用Y型光纤传感探头结构设计了反射式光纤声传感器.该传感器利用反射式强度调制方式实现声音对光的外调制,在完成声光转换的同时可对音频信号进行滤波处理.根据薄膜振动理论分析了弹性膜片的固有频率和基频.对光纤声传感器系统的测试结果表明,输入电流超过40 mA后,发光管的发光功率与输入电流呈良好的线性关系.A reflective fiber acoustic sensor is designed with Y type reflective multimode fiber sensing probe. It uses a reflective fiber sensing probe to realize the outside modulation of light by acoustic waves. The acousto-optical conversion and the acoustic signal filtering can be carried out simultaneously. The use of Y type fiber coupler greatly simplified the configuration of the sensor's probe. The sensor is able to cope with strong electromagnetic interference. Through systematic testing and analyzing, we find that the output powder of the LED is in accord with that of the input at 1 kHz frequency. The expected function of the fiber acoustic sensor system has been realized in experiments.
