摘  要:将材料接种于诱导愈伤组织和芽的培养基上,培养2个月后,胚芽外植体上出现白色颗粒状的愈伤组织,4个月后愈伤组织上出现小芽丛.将小芽丛转入不加植物激素的MS培养基上,芽的生长加快,2个月左右可长成3—6cm高的丛生小植株.将小植株切下,插入生根培养基中,一般35d(早的10d)左右基部突出很小的白色根尖.此时,转人1/2MS培养基,根很快就生长起来.接种的所有材料中,只有胚芽外植体能诱导出愈伤组织,分化成芽,最后长成小植株.生根试管苗经过炼苗后移人花盆,生长良好.The materials were cultured on the medium of inducing callus and bud. The white granular calli produced on embryo bud explants after 2 months and in 4 months the small bud cluster produced on the calli cultured on the same medium. After these clus-tered buds were transfered onto MS medium without phytohormon,the growth of clus-tered buds quickened and could grow into clustered plantlets of 3-6 cm in height about 2 months. Generally speaking,about 35 days (early, 10 days) the very small white root tips emerged from the plantlet base after inserting the plantlet(which was cut out from the clustered plantlets)into the rooting medium. Just then,transfered the plantlets on l/ 2 MS medium,the roots would grow up quickly. Among all the materials cultures,only the embryo bud explants could produce calli and differentiate into buds,and finally grew further into plantlets. The hardened rooted test tube plants grew well after transfering into flowerpots.
