摘 要:目的探讨顺尔宁对学龄前哮喘患儿血清一氧化氮(NO)的影响。方法对44例首次符合哮喘诊断标准的学龄前患儿给予顺尔宁治疗4周(每日1次,每次4mg)。分别在治疗前、开始治疗后1周、治疗结束后进行随访,测定血清NO含量,并与健康对照组比较。结果哮喘患儿治疗前血清NO含量明显高于对照组。顺尔宁治疗1周后,哮喘患儿血清NO含量与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义,治疗4周后,血清NO含量明显下降。结论顺尔宁治疗学龄前儿童哮喘可以降低血清NO含量,改善气道炎症。Objective To explore the effects of montelukast on plasma nitric oxide in preschool children with asthma. Methods Forty - four preschool children with asthma aged 2 - 5 years who firstly met a criterion of asthma treated 4 weeks with montelukast were investigated and the NO2 -/NO3 - levels of plasma were inspected respectively before treatment, 1 week and 4 weeks, and compared with control group. Results The levels of NO2 -/NO3 - in the plasma of asthmatic children was obviously higher than that in normal control group( P 〈0. 01 ) ;after 1 week with montelukast treated,there was no obvious difference with treatment before;after 4 weeks, NO2^-/NO3^- levels in plasma were significantly lower than treatment before. Conclusion These results indicate that montelukast can reduce the NO2^-/NO3^- levels in the plasma of asthmatic preschool children. This study suggests that plasma NO2^-/NO3^- levels may be a helpful index for the evaluation of airway inflammation in asthma.
