摘　　要：目的探讨撬拨复位空心钉内固定治疗跟骨舌状骨折的临床意义。方法对31例39侧跟骨舌状骨折,行闭合撬拨复位空心钉内固定术。结果全部病例得到随访,平均随访22个月,根据M aryland评分系统进行术后功能评价。优18足,良16足,可3足,差2足,优良率87.2%。结论跟骨舌状骨折行撬拨复位空心钉内固定可以较好复位,固定可靠,早期开始功能锻炼,疗效满意。Objective To investigate the effect of calcaneus fracture treated with needle pry - poking and internal fixation. Methods Thirty - nine feet of linguiform fracture of ealcaneus were treated with closed reduction and internal fixation with needle pry - poking. All cases were followed up for twenty - two months average. All cases were according to Maryland oriteria. Resuits An excellent outcome was found in 18 feet,good in 16, fair in 3, poor in 2. Conclusion It is optimal to perform closed reduction and internal fixation for displaced linguiform fracture of calcaneus.
