摘　　要：目的探讨中青年腰椎间盘突出症康复护理的方法及效果。方法急性期绝对卧硬板床做牵引治疗（以骨盆牵引法为主）；慢性期注意劳逸结合及腰部活动幅度，红外线照射以活血消肿；康复期注意腰肌、背阔肌功能锻炼。结果42例病人中急性期绝对卧硬板床结合牵引治疗〉60d者10例，随访6个月治愈率达100％，绝对卧床41-60d有7例，治愈6例（86％）；绝对卧床21～40d有14例，治愈10例（71％）；绝对卧床〈20d有11例，治愈5例（45％），6例暂时症状消失或疼痛减轻，复发经久不能根治。结论中青年腰椎间盘突出经绝对卧硬板床结合牵引治疗足够的时间，治疗效果较好。Objective To explore the methods and effects of family rehabilitation nursing in young and middle - aged patients with lumbar disc protrusion. Methods Traction treatment （ pelvic traction used mostly ） were done by absolutely lying down on the hard - plate bed in acute phase, whereas in chronic phase, labor and relaxation alternation, range of waist activity and infrare radiation were performed to alleviate the swollen. At the stage of rehabilitation, more attention were paid to practice the function of psoas muscle and latissimus dorsi. Results The cure rate reached 100% in 6 - month follow - up in 10 cases among 42 cases, who were treated with absolutely lying down on the hard - plate bed in acute phase combined with more than 60 days＇ traction treatment; Six cases were completely cured among 7 cases with absolutely lying down at the hard - plate bed for 41 - 60 days （86%） ; in 14 cases with 21 -40 days, 10 cases were cured（71% ）, 5 cases were cured in 11 cases who were lying on the bed less than 20 days（45% ）, however temporary disappear in symptoms or aching alleviation were found in 6 cases and hard to eradication after long - term treatment. Conclusion Efficacy is pretty good in treatment of patients with lumbar disc protrusion though absolutely lying on the hard - plate bed combined with traction treatment with sufficient duration.
