摘 要:以消旋山莨菪碱作为电荷给体,水杨基荧光酮(SAF)作为电荷受体,用分光光度法研究了它们之间形成电荷转移(CT)络合物的条件.结果表明:在乙醇介质中,2者于室温即可形成3:1的络合物,其最大吸收波长为520nm,3.054~73.29mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=4.781×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1,方法的相对标准偏差小于2.82%(n=8),对形成络合物的机理进行了探讨.应用拟订的方法对消旋山莨菪碱片进行了含量测定,结果与药典方法一致,回收率平均为98.12%.A spectrophotometric method for the determination of raceanisodamine has been developed based on the charge transfer reaction. The reaction between raceanisodamine and Salicyl fluorone (SAF) was completed in ethyl alcohol medium at 10 min at room temperature. Beet's law is obeyed in the range of 3. 054~73.29 mg/L of raceanisodamine. The molar absorptivity of the complex at 520 nm was 4. 781×10^3L · mol^-1· cm^-1. The relative standard deviation was 2.82% (n=8). The composition of the complex was found to be 3:1 by Yoe-Jone and Job's methods. The mechanism of reaction was investigated. The method has been applied to the determination of raceanisodamine in tablet with satisfactory results. Recovery has been found to be 98.12%.
