摘 要:通过GC-MS技术对比研究了酸性和中性土壤上蒜头果果油的脂肪酸组成.结果表明,两种土壤上蒜头果果油中神经酸含量相当,但出油率中性土壤上略高于酸性土壤.初步分析了这些差异与立地环境的关系,提出了需要进一步解决的问题.The fatty acids of the Malania oleifera fruits from the acid soil in Laoshan and the neutral soil in Fengshan were comparatively examined by GC-MS. And their main components were separated and identified. The results showed that the content of nervonic acid in the two kinds of Malania oleifera oil were at the same level. This indicated primarily the acid soil did not degrade the quality of biosynthesizing of Malania oleifera oil. But the oil extraction rate of the fruits collected in Laoshan was a little lower than that collected in Fengshan.
