摘 要:制备了Mo基复合金属氧化物(MoMxOn,M=C r,Co,Zn,Mn,Nb,Ce)催化剂,评价了不同金属含量的MoMxOn催化剂在不同温度下对丙烷选择性氧化制备丙烯醛反应的催化性能。在所研究的各种MoMxOn催化剂中,MoCo0.1On催化剂在773 K时的催化性能最佳,丙烯醛的收率为9.3%。Raman光谱和X射线衍射表征结果表明,除MoNbxOn催化剂外,其他各种MoMxOn催化剂中的主要物相是MoO3,说明MoO3可能对催化活性起重要作用。增加Co含量使MoO3衍射峰的相对强度发生改变,可能是引起MoCoxOn催化剂氧化性能下降的原因。Selective oxidation of propane to acrolein over prepared MOMxOn ( M = Cr, Co, Zn, Mn, Nb, Ce )catalysts was investigated at different temperatures. The catalysts were characterized by means of laser Raman spectroscopy and powder XRD, and evaluated in a fixed-bed microreactor. MoO3 phase is the main phase in all catalysts except MoNbxOn. MoCo0.1On is the best catalyst among all t-or selective oxidation. Yield of acrolein can reach 9. 3% at appropriate reaction temperature 773 K. According to relation of catalyst activity with structures of catalysts, it is concluded that MoO3 phase plays an important role in the reaction. XRD peak intensity of MoO3 changes with increase of Co loading, which might correspond to the decreasing of the catalyst efficiency in selective oxidation.
