摘  要:室内研究了"嘧菌酯+恶醚唑"对西瓜枯萎病菌和西瓜炭疽病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌芽的抑制效果,结果表明:嘧菌酯与恶醚唑以1∶2混配时,混剂对病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌芽菌具有显著的抑制作用。田间试验研究了"嘧菌酯+恶醚唑"对西瓜枯萎病和西瓜炭疽病的防治作用,结果表明:嘧菌酯与恶醚唑以1∶2混配时,混剂对西瓜炭疽病和枯萎病具有良好的防治效果。同时,混剂可以明显提高西瓜的含糖量、Vc含量、可溶性固形物含量。The studies about the effect of the mix of azoxystrobin and difenoconazole on the inhibition of the mycelial growth and the germination of the spores of Colletotrichum lagenarium and Fusarium oxysporumf.sp nveum were carried out. The results showed the mixture took obvious inhibition effect when the proportion of Azoxystrobin and Difenoconazole was 1 : 2. The tests in the field also indicated that the above mixture was perfect on the control of watermelon-anthracnose and watermelon fusarium wilt. The results also exhibited that the mixture was effective to enhance the amount of sugar, Vitamin C and soluble solid.
