摘　　要：目的:探讨手术治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果,分析手术方法的选择。方法:选择66例病人,C型臂X线机监视下加压滑动鹅头钉或三枚骨园针内固定。结果:平均随访8个月,术后优良率90.91%。结论:注意手术适应症的选择,选择合适的手术方法,转子间骨折可获得良好的效果。Objective To explore the surgical effect of the intertrochanteric fracture and analyze the selection of the operative method. Methods 66 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were operated on the monitor of the bedside X-ray. The inter fixation included Richard mail or steinmann＇s pin.Results All cases were followed-up for 8 months averagely and 60 cases had a fine outcome （90.91%）.Conclusion The operative treatment of the intertrothanteric fracture may have good effects for appropriate cases with suitable methods.
