摘　　要：为进一步办好《中国微侵袭神经外科杂志》,了解读者对杂志的意见及建议,采用调查表的方式对部分读者进行调查。分析读者的年龄分布、职称、阅刊途径、阅刊目的及对杂志从编排、审稿、修稿、栏目设置、内容安排等方面的意见及建议,掌握读者喜欢阅读的论文类型,关注的焦点、热点、难点等问题;为更好地提高办刊质量提供第一手材料。To improve the quality of the Chinese Joumal of Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery and learn the readers＇ opinion and advices, self-designed questionnaires were sent to the readers Of the journal. The age distribution, the professional title, reading goal of the readers, approach to obtain the joumal, and the opinion and advices for the layout of the journal, peer review, revision of manuscript, setting up of the column and content arrangement etc. were analyzed. Meanwhile the types of reader-favorable articles, and reader-concemed focus, hotspot and difficult point were realized. In conclusion, the questionnaire has provided first-hand information to improve the quality of the publication.
