摘 要:目的对5种牙本质粘接剂的体外细胞毒性进行对比研究,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法采用体外细胞培养技术和四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法,观察第7代牙本质粘接剂Clearfiltri-SBond和4种第6代牙本质粘接剂ClearfilSEBond、AdperPrompt、ONEUPBONDF、XenoⅢ粘接剂浸提液对L929小鼠成纤维细胞生长的影响,测定各组吸光度值(OD值),计算L929小鼠成纤维细胞的相对增殖率,用5级毒性分类法评级,并进行统计分析。结果各组细胞生长均较好,Clearfiltri-SBond组和ClearfilSEBond组的OD值显著高于其它各组的OD值。结论5种牙本质粘接剂的体外细胞毒性均较弱,其中第7代牙本质粘接剂Clearfiltri-SBond和第6代牙本质粘接剂ClearfilSEBond的细胞毒性最低。Objective To compare in vitro cytotoxicity of five kinds of dentin adhesive agents( Clearfil tri-S Bond, Clearfil SE Bond, Adper Prompt, ONE UP BOND F, Xeno Ⅲ ). Methods Cell culture and tetrazolium-based colorimetric assay (MTY) in vitro were performed to determine the effects of the dentin bonding components-Clearfil tri-S Bond, Clearfil SE Bond, Adper Prompt, ONE UP BOND F, and Xeno Ⅲ, on the mouse fibroblasts. The relative proliferation rate of L929 mouse fibroblasts was caculated, and the toxicity was measured and ranked as 5 grades. The data were statistically analyzed. Results Cytotoxicity of these adhesives ranged from 1- 2 grade, and the mouse fibroblasts grew well when subjected to all five kinds of dentin adhesive agents. Conclusion All these five kinds of dentin adhesives had weak cytotoxicity, among them the cytotoxicity of Clearfil tri-S Bond and Clearfil SE Bond were the least.
