摘  要:目的以组织病理学观察CVB3感染鼠的自然病程及此过程中IL-2、IL-10的变化。方法对昆明种小鼠采用CVB3腹腔注射染毒后不同时间观察心、肝、脾、肾的病理改变及检测血清中IL-2和IL-10。结果心肌炎小鼠的各脏器出现不同程度的病理改变,IL-2I、L-10随病程的发展呈现出一定的变化:即接种CVB3后第4天IL-2水平明显低于正常均值,随着病程的发展IL-2水平呈升高趋势,第9-14天IL-2水平明显高于正常值,第10天IL-2水平达高峰,第18天IL-2水平接近正常;随着病程的发展IL-10水平逐渐下降,第9-14天IL-10水平明显低于正常均值,此时心肌病变程度加重。结论病毒性心肌炎是一类全身感染性疾病,心外器官病变不容忽视,IL-2和IL-10在此过程中起不同的作用。Mice of the Kunming strain were infected with Coxaekie virus B3 (CVB3)intraperitoneaIIy, and the pathological changes in heart, liver, spleen and kidney as well as the serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were examined at various times after infection. It was found that the different degrees of pathological changes could be definitely observed in various organs of mice with myoearditis and the changes in the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 was found to be correlated with the development of disease. On the 4 th day after inoculation with CVB3, the level of IL-2 was apparently lower than the average normal value, but it showed a tendency of rising later on, keeping pace with the development of disease. It was higher than that of the normal value during 9-14 days after infection, reaching its peak value on 10 th day, but approaching to normal value on 18 th day. As to the level of IL-10, it fell gradually in pace with the development of disease, and became to lower than the average normal value during 9 th to 14 th day, when the pathological changes in myoeardium of the infected mice became worse. These results suggest that viral myoearditis induced by Coxackie virus B3 may be considered as a generalized infectious disease and the pathological changes ocerring in the epieardiae organs should not be neglected. IL-2 and IL-10 play different roles in the natural course of disease.
