摘 要:目的:探讨血清中广州管圆线虫循环抗原(CAg)和循环抗体检测对广州管圆线虫病的诊断价值。方法:用单克隆抗体夹心ELISA法检测广州管圆线虫病患者血清中循环抗原,间接ELISA法检测血清中特异性循环抗体。结果:25例广州管圆线虫病人血清中循环抗原的阳性率为80%,循环抗体的阳性率为88%;56例其他寄生虫病人血清循环抗原检测均为阴性,循环抗体检测与1例旋毛虫病人血清有交叉反应;25例健康人广州管圆线虫循环抗体阳性率为16%,循环抗原检测全部为阴性。结论:联合检测血清中广州管圆线虫循环抗原和循环抗体有助于提高广州管圆线虫病的诊断率。Objective: To assess the value of detecting circulating antigens (CAg) and circulating antibodies (CAb) in sera for the diagnosis of angiostrongyliasis. Methods: Double antibody sandwich ELISA using McAb and indirect ELISA were used to detect CAg and CAb in the sera of patient with angiostrongyliasis respectively. Results: When the sera samples from 25 cases of angiostrongyliasis were examined, the positive rates of CAg and CAb were 80% and 88%, respectively; 56 patients with various other parasitic infections were examined, the CAg were negative and the CAb had cross reaction with one case of trichinellosis; the positive rates of 16% of CAb were detected in the sera of 25 normal controls, and the CAg were negative. Conclusions: Combined test for the detection of CAg and CAb in sera may be used to increase the diagnosis rate for angiostrongyliasis.
